She is has a vast 13 years’ experience in Real Estate Sector. She is an enterprising, diligent, and energetic professional with a proven track record in myriad HR functions having an advanced understanding of the entire gamut of HRM driven by innovative & strategic practices. She has Strong conceptual clarity and excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Her core competency is in Liasioning with Government & Private sectors. A strategic partner, conceived to assist Clients to achieve their vision by getting hassle free approvals for Construction projects.
She has also represented India in the 9th International Women’s Leadership & Empowerment Conference, held at Bangkok Thailand in March 2018. Presented Paper on “Women of India – Nation’s Growth Engine”, She is a Design Thinking Practitioner from the Society of Design Thinking Professionals (SDTP), She is also certified in the Iron Lady Corporate Leadership Program. Honoured with multi Awards & accolades in Social Work & Woman Entrepreneur Category. She has starting her NGO to empower community women in 2009 i.e. Hey Foundation.
