Projects Selling as the name suggests involves assisting Clients : in disposing of their Projects or in implementation of the projects under JV / JDA / DM models etc. We help our Clients in Presenting their Projects in Optimum / Positive way to the prospective partners / purchasers. Following services are included under this head :

  1. Working out Feasibilities of Projects under the Apt Regulatory Provisions to bring out truest picture wrt viability based on the data provided by the Clients.
  2. Preparation of PPTs of the project based on data provided by the clients.
  3. Presenting the Projects with PPTs and Feasibility Computations to the prospective Purchasers / Investors / JV Partners / JDA intendees / DM Model Implementors.
  4. Convincing the prospective Purchasers / Investors / JV Partners / JDA intendees / DM Model Implementors about the suitability of the project.
  5. Arranging meetings of the prospective Purchasers / Investors / JV Partners / JDA intendees / DM Model Implementors with our Clients.
  6. Assisting in Documentations.
